- What is Kupon?

• Kupon is an application providing various deals from products to services with exclusive discounts to our users from vendors in the State of Kuwait.

- How Can i buy from Kupon?

• By downloading the application and creating an account, you can then simply pick the products and/or service you would like to buy and continue the payment process through the K-Net payment system.

- What Happens if a Deal is Sold out?

• When a deal is sold out, unfortunately the vendor has sold out of the product or service, but you can contact us to be notified when the product or service is available from the vendor again via info@kuponkw.com

- What are the payment options for buying a product and/or service?

• At the moment we accept all Kuwaiti Banks Debit Cards approved for the K-Net payment system.

- Does Kupon Deliver?

• Yes, we do deliver to all locations in Kuwait, and our delivery time is from 24 to 48 hours.

- How Does the Delivery Process work?

• Our Dedicated delivery drivers, will receive your product and within 24 to 48 hours deliver the product to the address you have provided during your payment process. When the driver arrives they will scan the barcode to ensure it has been delivered.


- What is the Delivery Driver arrives and i and not at home?

• To ensure it has been received all you need to do, if you are not available to receive the product, is capture your barcode send it to the person who will receive your product at the delivery location and the driver will scan and confirm proof of ID to ensure that the product has been received by the correct personnel.

- When can i receive my order?

• if you have purchased a product and selected delivery the product will be delivered to the location you provided within 24 to 48 hours.

- How can i cancel my order?

• Orders can be canceled by calling our Call Center and our service representative will cancel the order for you. Any amount paid for the product or service will be transferred back to your account with 3 to 5 business days.

- Is there a Refund Policy?
